History
It all began back in 1958. Red Willems began drilling water wells for a well drilling company operating out of Wrightstown, WI. (He took three years off when he joined the service.)
He not only enjoyed the work involved with drilling the wells, but it also gave him great satisfaction knowing that the water he found would give the owner great satisfaction for years to come.
In 1966, Red Willems and his wife Janis purchased their own drilling rig and started their own business - Willems Well Drilling. Willems Well Drilling has been a family owned and operated business since that time.
Five years after Willems Well Drilling began, Red and Janis bought their first rotary drilling rig.
In 1986 their son Troy became the drill rig operator. Troy started with the cable tool rig, then moved to a rotary drill.
In 1995 David Quinzer, son-in-law to Red & Janis Willems, joined the Willems Well Drilling team.
